Check In: Unless prior arrangements have been made with the innkeeper, CHECK IN is from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Early arrivals will be accommodated on special request only so that luggage only can be dropped off.
Check out: Check out is 11 A. M. The reservation is secured by your credit card. The full amount of the reservation will be due upon check in and can be paid by cash, personal check, credit card or traveler's check.
Cancelations: We assess a $35 cancelation fee when you cancel anytime after making your reservation. Cancelations made 7 days or less from the scheduled arrival will result in the full amount of the room charge plus taxes. FOR HIGH SEASON PERIODS (BOAT SHOWS, NAVY EVENTS), WE REQUIRE 30 DAYS ADVANCE CANCELATION; IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THESE HIGH SEASON EVENTS, THEN YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL INVOICE AMOUNT.
Rates: Rates are based on double occupancy. Add $35 for each additional guest.
THIS B&B IS A NON SMOKING FACILITY. A $200 cleaning fee will be accessed for smoking in the B&B or property.
Taxes: General Excise Tax and Accommodations tax equal 13% and applies to all guest stays.
Pets: Pets are not allowed at Chez Amis
Children: Children under 13 cannot be accommodated.
Breakfast: Breakfast will be at 9:00 A.M. unless you require it to be earlier because of business or a commitment.
Parking: When you arrive, drive down East Street to our address and park in our "15 MINUTE LOADING ZONE" spot that is right in front of our 85 East Street door. We will help you unload then give you directions and a 50% discount coupon to park your car in the city garage. That garage a 5 MINUTE WALK from us.
