On October Saturday, October 15, 2011 the William Paca House will host 'Painting Four Seasons in the Paca Garden' What a wonderful idea, and for those of you staying at Chez Amis, hint hint, I will prepare you a take away breakfast so you can run off and go to this which is a block away from us!  (it starts at 9 am). 

The description says that Jean Brinton Jaecks, landscape and garden painter, will give a class in the garden and will demonstrate traditional watercolor techniques and focus on 'the study of light in a garden setting'. And all levels of skill are welcomed! Contact the visitors center or the Paca House on line for details. It's the last class this season!
